June 4th SRARC Club Meeting 7:00PM

I know many members are very anxious to once again collaborate in person and join together collectively for our monthly meetings.  We have worked hard to find a location that will allow us to meet with the least amount of restrictions and still have some guidelines we need to try and follow.

The good news is that time has come!!  We will be meeting as a club on Thursday, June 4th, 2020 at 7 pm at the New Vision Baptist Church Shelter located at 1750 N Thompson Ln, Murfreesboro, TN
(Fall Bbq meeting is held here)

The church along with many other places has put some restrictions in place as we expected. They expect us to keep a social distance of 6′ and wear a mask if possible.
I am going to leave these options to members and advise of the following.

1) Picnic tables are available for seating.   6′ distance would be about 2 people per table.  I think 4 is probably more feasible to accommodate enough seating for everyone.  So if the social distance is something that you feel you need to do and would like to join us.  Please feel free to bring your own lawn chair or seat of choice to accommodate that.
2)  Mask (optional) if you feel like you want to protect yourself in the outdoors and feel at risk then you might want it.   If you are in the compromised group you might want it.
3) If you are at all sick or feel sick or have a fever then probably best you stay at home and watch the meeting later.

If you feel meeting in person is too risky you can connect to the meeting on Thursday evening using Free Conference Call.
