SRARCTN needs your help in manning this station. If you are able to be there please send our cloud President an email via the clubs email to let him know you are available and willing to help out.Good afternoon everyone,I’m very excited to be reaching out to invite you back to Discovery Center’s premier event that is part of the Tennessee STEAM Festival – STEAM-a-Palooza! Some of you have been with us consistently the past few years, and it’s always a joy to see familiar faces return. Others haven’t joined us in a little while, and we’d love nothing more than to welcome you back into the fold. Either way, we’re hoping you’ll say yes to being part of this super fun event!
This year, STEAM-a-Palooza will be held on Saturday, October 10th from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM outside the Discovery Center.
Since this is an outdoor event, we recommend bringing a tent for shade and weather protection. Discovery Center will provide one table, two chairs, and water bottles for each presenter.
We ask that all presenters commit to staying for the full duration of the event, from 12:00 to 4:00. Come ready to offer a hands-on activity or demonstration at your station – this is your chance to really show off what you do! We’d also love for you to be prepared to talk with visitors about how STEAM shows up in your everyday work. Community members are always fascinated to hear how science, technology, engineering, arts, and math connect to real careers and organizations right here in Middle Tennessee.

NSXKaQwHjhRDY9Ab8 A quick note: this link isn’t posted on our website this year. As the festival has grown, having the STEAM-a-Palooza link publicly available on the TN STEAM Festival caused some confusion for partners outside of Middle Tennessee. That said, we still want as many organizations represented as possible, so please feel free to pass this link along to anyone you think would be a great fit for STEAM-a-Palooza.
We are so excited to welcome you back for another great year! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Best,Sarah Hicks
